LOST in the DESERT!
Lost in the desert! We have all heard stories or seen news accounts of people who have suffered this terrible plight. They are burned by the sun, they don’t know which direction to go. With nothing to shelter them they are helpless. Their skin begins to blister and ache. Dryness parches their tongue. Defeat and death are just hours away. Some people are lost spiritually and are much like those lost in the desert. Some have even lost hope. But into this dusty plight the Lord comes with his saving and refreshing power. God is a rescuer! There’s a Bible verse where the Lord says, “I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.” (Isaiah 43:19)
