There is a famous TV series called “Dirty Jobs” and I’m sure we’ve all done work that has left us filthy and stinky. And at times like these the luxury and joy of a hot shower is so great. You almost laugh as you feel the warm, soapy water making you clean again.
 
And God can do this spiritually in your life, too. He can cleanse you spiritually, no matter how many impurities have accumulated in your life. And, the joy of forgiveness, salvation, and eternal life is only a prayer away.
 
No matter who you are or what you have done, just pray to the Lord confess (agree with God) that you are a sinner and receive God’s gift of redemption. Then enjoy the freedom and joy of being clean! The Bible says it this way, “Whoever will call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13)
